SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping is available to most countries.

Standard shipping hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5pm EST.
Please allow up to 3 days for your order to ship.
You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as the label is printed. This information may take up to 24 hours to be available.
Most domestic shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Once your order has shipped from Salix Pond, status is available from the carrier. We are happy to help but we only have as much information as provided by carrier tracking.
Salix Pond will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
Salix Pond is not responsible for customs and import tariffs.
RETURN POLICY / EXCHANGES
Our leathergoods are made one-by-one by a single craftman in the USA. The quality of our products is a physical expression of our respect for the people who use them. However, we know that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary, and we will do everything we can to make sure you love what you have. We will happily accept returns or exchanges of unused items purchased at regular price within 30 days of delivery confirmation date unless those items were purchased on final sale.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please contact info@salixpond.com for assistance with a return. After you request a return we will send you a printable USPS label so that you can send your items back to us. If you have questions about the return/exchange process, please call us at 952-693-5073. We want to make it as easy for you as possible.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery confirmation date.
Returned merchandise must be in like new condition.
All returns / exchanges should be insured to avoid damage or loss during transit.
Your return will be processed as soon as it is received. Please allow 3 – 10 days for this to reflect in your account.

When will my order ship?Orders in stock are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. If an item is not in-stock, we will contact you to advise lead time.
